Warriors Acquire Forward Jayden Price in Trade

WICHITA FALLS, TX — The Warriors are pleased to announce that the team has acquired forward Jayden Price in a trade with the Bismarck Bobcats.

Price is a Shattuck St. Marys alum, where he played from 2016-19. He began his junior career in the BCHL with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, where he put up five goals and 12 assists in 38 games. The 2001-born forward joined the Bobcats midway through the 2019-20 season, tallying a goal and four assists in 17 games.

The 6-foot, 180-pound forward is touted as a good skater with high hockey IQ and skill who can play centre or wing and is projected to be an integral part of the lineup day in and day out.

“Jayden will be a big part of our veteran core this year and has the ability to have a big year for us,” Head Coach Garrett Roth said. “On and off the ice he does things the right way. He is well respected in the locekr room, which is essential to create a good culture and has high-end speed and a skill set that will allow him to make an immediate impact in our lineup.”

Fans can catch Price at games this fall in the Warriors’ inaugural season. Season tickets are currently on sale here. Players interested in being part of the Warriors can currently register for Pre-Draft Camp here.
